When you receive your doll for the first time, if you find any defects or damages, please contact us immediately by sending your order ID, product pictures or videos to our customer service representatives and we will find the best solution for you as soon as possible.

Cancellation of orders
The customer has the right to cancel the order before shipment without giving any reason.
In order to exercise the right of cancellation, the customer must inform our customer service representative of the decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement.
Please note that once the parcel has been shipped from our warehouse (i.e. we send you the tracking number), the order cannot be canceled.


Product Returns
Your XUMIRA product is 100% guaranteed to be returned within 14 days as long as it is unopened and unused.
The refund period expires 14 days from the date the Customer acquires the Product or the date a third party other than the Customer's nominated carrier acquires beneficial ownership of the Product.
If the Customer wishes to return the Product(s) to us, the Customer shall send the Product(s) back to our warehouse in the same condition in which they were received. There is no right of return if the packaging is no longer in its original, complete, undamaged and unused condition. (Please note that for hygiene reasons we will not accept returns of products once the plastic bag has been opened, unless the product is found to be defective or broken when the packaging is opened)
Please note that an item will not be considered defective if you do not like it upon receipt or use. Due to the nature of the item and its use, we are unable to offer refunds in these cases.
